天津滨海新区纳入国家发展战略,得到了快速的发展,其中先进制造业产业区中形成了金属板材产业链,这一产业链急需大量的技术人才。通过调查研究,提出了对急需的专业技术人才知识结构的要求以及人才培养的设想。

Tianjin Binhai New Area, after being brought into national development strategy, grows rapidly. One fruit is the formation of metal strip industrial chain in the advanced manufacturing industrial zone. This industrial chain is in urgent need of large amounts of technical talents. After investigation and research, the authors raise the demands on knowledge structure of the badly needed talent and conceive the human cultivation plan.
