生产大规格ERW高频(电阻)直缝焊管,传统的单片式、双片式锯切方式受到了一定的限制,因此数控仿形锯切技术得到了发展。唐山冶金锯片有限公司采用了TiAlN涂层技术、锯齿角度优化设计,使国产锯片使用性能达到了德国产品的水平,为数控仿形锯机配套了优质和价格低廉的锯片。
Since the conventional single blade and double blade sawing method for the big ERW high frequency (resistance) straight welded pipe is restrained, the digital controlled profile modeling sawing technology develops. Tangshan Metallurgical Saw Blade Company Limited adopts TiAlN coating technology and blade teeth angle optimizing design, bringing the blade properties up to the level of Germen product and providing qualified and cheap blade for digital controlled profile modeling machine.
