摘要
该文提出了利用浅层地下作为雨水滞留和下渗空间的雨水蓄渗技术,对浅层地下蓄渗技术的结构、特点及影响因素进行了介绍。结合实例分析表明,采用雨水浅层蓄渗技术,对原有士地使用功能不改变和成本不增加的情况下,可削减50%以上的雨水量,显著提高地区内的雨水排放标准,达到雨水资源化、处理就地化、系统生态化、成本最小化的目标。
The article puts forward the rainwater storage seepage technique to utilize the shallow-layer underground as the rainwater retaining and seeping space,and introduces the structure,characteristic and affecting factor of the shallow-layer underground storage seepage technique. Combined with the practical example,the analysis makes clearly that the use of the rainwater shallow-layer storage seepage technique can cut down over 50% rainwater flow under the condition of not changing the original land use function and not increasing the cost. It will obviously enhance the rainwater discharge standard in the area,and reach the objective that the rainwater is in resource,the treatment is locally,the system is ecologically and the cost is minimized.
