摘要
将连续逆流技术与超声波技术结合,应用到黄花蒿中青蒿素的提取试验中,加快了提取速率,同时使青蒿素的提取率达89%;在青蒿素纯化精制中使用自制的复合溶剂ZY-1和复合沉淀剂ZY-2,简化了操作步骤,同时提高了操作的安全性。
Combining the continuous reverseflow technology with ultrasonic technology, apply it in the experiment for extraction of artemisinin (sweet wormwood element) from Huang--hua--hao, which quickens the extractive rate, enables the extractive rate to reach 89% ; the application of self--made mix solvent ZY--1 and compound precipitator ZY--2 in the processes of purifying and refining artemisinin, which simplifies the steps and enhances the security.
