关于建立农村困难党员帮扶机制的调查与思考

The Investigation and Reflection about the Establishment of the Aid-support System among In-need Party Members in the Rural Areas

改革开放以来,安徽省合肥市肥西县党员生产生活条件明显改善,但仍有一部分党员生活处于贫困状态。由于对农村困难党员帮扶工作认识不深、农村困难党员帮扶投入不足、农村困难党员帮扶工作效果不明显,对困难党员的帮扶机制难以很好地建立。因此,要探讨建立党内帮扶机制的新思路:增强帮扶工作的自觉性;增强帮扶工作的规范性;增强帮扶工作的有效性;增强帮扶工作的针对性;增强帮扶工作的操作性;增强帮扶工作的长效性。

Since reform and opening up,the productive and living standards of the party members in Feixi Country,Hefei City,Anhui Province have been obviously ameliorated.However,some are still living in need.Due to the superficial knowledge of the aid-support work for the in-need party members and little investment in helping them,a good system is hard to establish.Therefore,a new way has to be established: to improve the self consciousness,operative feasibility and long effects in the aid-support work.
