血浆内皮素-1与糖尿病视网膜病变发病关系的临床研究

Clinical study of ET_1 level in plasma from patients with diabetic retinopathy

为探索血浆内皮素－1（ET1）与糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的关系，我们用放射免疫法对确诊的糖尿病视网膜病变患者44例、糖尿病无视网膜病变患者12例以及正常对照组30例血浆ET1水平进行了检测及分析。结果糖尿病患者血浆ET1浓度显著高于正常对照组，而糖尿病视网膜病变组又明显高于糖尿病无视网膜病变组，其中以增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变组血浆ET1浓度最高。表明糖尿病机网膜病变的发生发展与血浆中ET1浓度的增加有关。

To study the relation between the level of endothelin-1 (ET1) in plasma and the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy (DR), levels of ET1 in plasma were investigated by radio-immunoassay (RIA) in 44 diabetics with DR, 22 diabetics with no DR (NDR) and 30 sex and age matched normal subjects. We found that the level of ET1 in diabetics group was markedly higher than that in the control group;the level of ET1in DR group was higher than that in NDR group;the level of ET1 in proliferative DR(PDR) was the highest.The above results suggested that the occurrence and development of DR were connected with the elevation of levels of ET1 in plasma.
