水飞蓟素对糖尿病大鼠肾组织非酶糖化及氧化的影响 被引量:28

摘要 对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠模型,给予水飞蓟素100mg·kg^(-1)/d 治疗9周。结果表明:糖尿病大鼠模型组肾脏皮质果糖胺、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、晚期糖基化终产物(AGE)及 Pentosidine 和Hydroxynonenal(HNE)、丙二醛(MDA)加合物荧光、尿白蛋白排泄量等均明显高于正常对照组。水飞蓟素治疗后,肾脏皮质 LPO 和 AGE 等4种荧光产物均明显下降,尿白蛋白排泄量减少,肾脏病变减轻。这些结果提示,水飞蓟素能够抑制肾脏组织非酶糖化及氧化产物形成,有利于防治糖尿病肾病。 Silymarin 100mg·kg^(-1)/d was given to streptozotocin induced diabetic rats for 9 weeks. The results showed that LPO,fructosamine and the fluorescence intensities of AGEs,pentosidine,MDA adducts,HNE adducts in renal cortex of diabetic rats were significantly higher than in normal control rats. After being treated with Silymarin,LPO and the fluorescence intensities of AGEs,pentosidine,MDA and HNE adducts in renal cortex were significantly reduced than in untreated DM group.The albumin excretion in Silymarin group was significantly decreased than in untreated DM group.Silymarin may inhibit nonenzy- matic glycation and oxidation in kidneys of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats and control the diabetic chronic complication.
