摘要糖尿病主要是以胰岛β-细胞功能受损后的生化改变为主,对糖尿病发病机制研究的焦点也集中在分子水平上,很少有人注意到糖尿病时胰腺大体结构上的变化。我们研究的目的在于观察糖尿病时是否有胰腺体积的变化及与糖尿病之间的关系。对象和方法1.研究对象:按 WHO 糖尿病标准确诊的住院随机糖尿病患者35例,男18例,女17例,其中 IDDM
