摘要
以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,在不加引发剂和没有气氛保护的情况下,采用超声辐射聚合的方法制备了丙烯酰胺(AM)/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚高吸水性树脂,借助FT-IR和AFM对树脂的分子结构及表面形态进行了表征,并通过单因素实验得到最佳反应条件下合成的树脂吸蒸馏水倍率和吸生理盐水倍率分别为1627及102倍。
Using acrylamide(AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonicacid(AMPS) as monomer, N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylmide(NMBA) as crosslinker, Superabsorbent were prepared by ultrasonic irradiation polymerization without initiator and nitrogen atmosphere, and the molecular structure and surface morphology of resin were characterized by FTIR and AFM respectively. The influence on water absorbency were investigated via single factor test, the absorping power of copolymer was 1627 (g/g) for distilled water ,and 102 (g/g) for 0.9% NaCl solution respectively.
