摘要 采用油相包衣技术制备了以含50%正十八烷的聚乙烯(PE)定形相变材料(SSPCM)为囊心,以乙基纤维素(EC)为壁材圆柱形毫米级大胶囊。用扫描电子显微镜、冷热循环实验研究了胶囊囊壁的表面结构和胶囊的密封性。结果表明,在实验条件下,所制备胶囊的囊壁厚度大约为10-30μm,使用铬酸对SSPCM表面改性有利于囊壁与囊心的紧密结合,包囊使得SSPCM的密封性能显著提高。 Through the organic solution coating technique, a kind of macrocapsule was prepared by using ethylcellulose (EC) as the shell material and shape-stabilize phase change materials (SSPCM) containing 50% of n-Octadecane of polyethylene (PE) as the core materials. The surface, construction and sealability of the capsule were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and circulation experiment, respectively. The result showed that the macrocapsules had about 10-30μm wall thickness been gained under the experimental conditions. SSPCM surface modified with chromic acid was propitious to integration between core and wall. And SSPCM encapsulated with EC had better sealing properties than that of unencapsulated SSPCM.
