Synthesis of γ-LiAlO_2 by hydrothermal method

摘要 采用水热法以硝酸锂、硝酸铝和尿素为原料合成γ-偏铝酸锂(γ-LiAlO2)微粉。对合成材料进行了TG-DSC、SEM、XRD表征。结果表明:煅烧温度在800℃以上试样基本恒重,生成纯相γ-LiAlO2微粉。反应温度和反应物浓度对产物的形貌影响较大,反应时间对产物的形貌影响不大,但随着反应时间的延长,产物的粒径有增大的趋势。 γ-LiAlO2 fine powder was synthesized by hydrothermal method using LiNO3, Al(NO3)3 · 9H2O and urea as raw materials. The powder samples were characterized by TG-DSC, SEM and XRD. The results showed that the weight of calcined sample keeps constant above 800℃ and γ-LiAlO2 with pure phase was formed at this temperature. The reaction temperature and reactants concentration have important influence on the morphologies of the products. The reaction time had little effect on the morphologies of the products but the particle size of the products had trend to augment with prolonging the reaction time.
