鞍区生殖细胞瘤3例报告及文献复习

THE REPORT OF THREE CASES OF SELLAR GERMINOMA WITH THE REVIEW OF LITERATURE

本文通过3例鞍区生殖细胞瘤的诊治及文献复习，提出对鞍区生殖细胞瘤的治疗，由于周围重要的神经结构，外科手术应以明确诊断，解除颅高压和保护视力为目的，不必要求全切，而放疗应作为主要的治疗手段，术后充分合理的放疗，能使肿瘤明显缩小，甚至消失。

Three cases of sellar germinoma were reported of their diagnosis andtreatment,with the review of liteature. As the surgical treatment was concerned, moreemphases were laid on ascertaining dignosis,alleviating increased cranial pressure andprotecting vision, because the tumors were adjacent to important neural struc-ture. However, radiotherapy served as the main treatment approach, in that adequatepostoperative radiothrerapy for such patients would make the tumors shrink remark-ably,even make the tumor disappear completely.
