国内外3104深冲铝板织构对比分析

Contrast texture analysis on domestic and imported 3104 deep drawing aluminum sheets

以国内外生产的3104铝合金成品板为试验材料,用X射线衍射法测量了板材的织构。由铝合金板的取向分布函数ODF值,定量计算了三个品牌铝合金板主要织构组分的体积量。分析了国内外3104铝合金板织构差异以及对其深冲性能产生的影响。

The texture of imported and domestic 3104 aluminum alloy sheets were measured by X-ray diffraction method. Volumes of main texture components in the aluminum alloy sheets were calculated by ODF values. Texture differences between domestic and imported 3104 aluminum sheets were analyzed and the influence of the texture differences on deep drawing capability of sheets were also illustrated.
