摘要
介绍经阳极氧化的铝合金的电解着色技术。在介绍电解着色机制的基础上,根据着色盐的不同,概述了电解着色的类型,并从电解液的成分、着色工艺参数和前处理等方面分析了影响电解着色的因素,提出了改进电解着色质量的措施。
The electrolytic coloring technology for the anodized Al-based alloys was introduced beginning with the summarization of the commonly used pigmentation methods for Al-based alloys. The mechanisms and the types of the electrolytic coloring were sum- marized. The influence factors such as the compositions of the solutions, the technologic parameters and pretreatment were also analyzed. Finally, the methods for improving the efficiency of the electrolytic coloring were presented.
