摘要
在2m立式旋压机上,采用正、反旋相结合的成形工艺,制备了6061铝合金特种筒形件;分析了其变形前、后组织与性能的变化。试验结果表明,旋压成形获得了所需尺寸规格的特种筒形件,旋压变形后其显微组织细小均匀,综合力学性能得到提高。
Research results from spinning forming 6061 aluminium alloy tube with inner flange and outer flange in this paper. It can be show from the results that the tube of 3 m long can be spun by vertical powerful spinning press machine tool that length of travel for spinning roller is only 1.7 m. Microstructures changes help to improve mechanical properties of the tube by spinning forming.
