碱性有机体系中铝阳极的电化学行为 被引量:2

Electrochemical behaviors of aluminum anode in alkaline organic solution

摘要 为了提高铝的活化性能和减少铝的腐蚀,用电化学方法研究了碱性甲醇有机体系及加入添加剂饱和Ca(OH)2对铝阳极(w(Al)=99·999%)电化学行为的影响。结果表明:浓度4mol/L KOH-甲醇+w(H2O)30%体系能大幅度抑制铝的腐蚀,但极化程度有所增大;添加剂饱和Ca(OH)2,使铝在浓度4mol/L KOH-甲醇+w(H2O)30%+饱和Ca(OH)2中的电化学活性接近在浓度4mol/L KOH水溶液中的活性;在1·20V处的电流密度比无添加剂时的提高了1·402倍;开路电位值Eocp为-1·870V。同时铝的腐蚀速度降低,缓蚀率为87·67%。 To improve corrosion rates and activation properties of aluminum, effects of alkaline carbinol organic solution and addit- ives (saturated Ca(OH)2 ) on electrochemical behaviors of aluminum anode( w (Al) = 99.999% )have been carried out by using electrochemical methods. It has been shown that corrosion rates of aluminum are largely improved by'4 mol/L KOH-carbinol + w (H2 O)30%'. Furthermore, it has been found that activation properties of aluminum sharply increase, that current density increases 1.402 times at 1.20 V, that Eocp is - 1. 870 V, and that corrosion rates of aluminum decreases(87.67 % of corrosion inhibition per- centage) ,when saturated Ca(OH)2 being added into'4 mol/L KOH-carbinol + w(H20)30%' solution.
