子宫内膜异位症动物模型研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是常见妇科疾病。常用的手术及药物治疗效果不彻底,复发率高,关键原因是EMs病因和发病机制尚不清楚,且由于只有人类和非人灵长类能自发形成EMs,在一定程度上限制了对其机制的研究。建立合适的动物模型已成为研究EMs机制的关键因素之一。在家兔、大鼠、小鼠、非人灵长类等诱导实验性EMs,形成组织形态及生物学与人EMs近似的异位组织,用以研究EMs病因、发病机制、遗传模式、环境影响因素及新的诊治方案的临床前研究等。现有的动物模型包括啮齿类自体移植、异体移植及K-ras基因突变模型、非人灵长类模型、鸡胚绒毛膜尿囊膜模型等。综述EMs常用动物模型研究进展。
