摘要
通过银镁合金法制备了银锌电池用活性银粉。采用正交试验讨论了熔炼方式,烧结氧化工艺和酸化工艺对银粉活性、堆密度和流动性的影响,并详细探讨了合金镁含量对银粉活性的影响。结果表明:使用真空感应熔炼炉熔炼银镁合金,氧化温度600~660℃,氧化期间搅拌4次,酸化后静放24h,所制备的银粉性能最好。以镁含量为22%的合金作为原材料,银粉的活性最高。循环伏安测试结果表明其具有更好的充放电性能。用上述银粉辊压成电极装配的电池,其性能优于传统工艺的电池。
Active silver powder for Ag-Zn battery was prepared by alloy method, Orthogonal experiment was used to discuss influence of fusion method, oxidation temperature, mixing times and acid treatment on properties of active silver powder, And then it was discussed particularly that influence of Mg content on activity of silver powder. The result show: silver powder with the best performance is prepared by vacuum inductive furnace, oxidation temperature 600~660 ℃, 4 mixing times, and 24 h to set down after acid treatment, The alloy with 22% Mg is the optimal material for activity of silver powder, Silver electrode was made to assemble batteries. Voltage and capacity have been much more improved under the same circumstance by comparing with the batteries of which electrode made by traditional method.
