知识网络是一种获取、共享根植于组织内外社会网络中的知识与情报资源，以创造知识，提升组织知识竞争力和情报能力为目的的网络结构。从本质上讲，知识网络是一种社会网络，它是企业知识管理和竞争情报工作的一个重要的社会平台，同时，也是企业实现知识管理人本化战略的一项基本能力。企业知识网络能力是建立在企业内外社会网络基础上，充分挖掘和利用企业知识和情报资源，主要是隐性知识和战略情报资源的能力。本文试图深入剖析知识网络能力，构建企业知识网络能力模型。

Knowledge networks are a kind of network structure, which access, share knowledge and information resources rooted in social networks outside and inside organization. In essence, knowledge networks are social networks. Knowledge networks are an important social platform for enterprise knowledge management and competitive intelligence; meanwhile, it is a basic capability to realize the personalization strategy. Knowledge networks capabilities built upon social networks inside and outside enterprise will help enterprise to fully mine and use knowledge and information resources, especially the tacit knowledge and strategic intelligence resources. This paper tries to explore knowledge networks capabilities and construct its model.
