摘要
以江西某铜箔厂的工程实例为背景,针对传统无源滤波器的缺点,提出一种以串联谐振注入式有源滤波器为基础结合并联型无源滤波器的谐波和无功综合补偿方案,分析了其结构特点和应用优势,形成了一套较完整的综合补偿装置主电路参数的设计思路,同时结合现场应用情况详细介绍了装置的软硬件构成及其设计中的注意事项,获得的一些工程经验可推广到其它结构的并联补偿装置的设计和应用中,为推进新型大功率电能质量治理设备的实用化进程提供参考。
To remedy the disadvantage of traditional passive power filter, based on active power filter with series resonance injection circuit a comprehensive compensation scheme for harmonics and reactive power using parallel passive power filter is proposed. The structural features and superiority in application of the proposed scheme are analyzed, and a complete design idea of main circuit parameters of the proposed scheme is presented. Considering the concrete application situation of a certain copper foil factory in China, the constitution of software and hardware for this device and the matters to which the attention should be paid during the design are described in detail. The obtained engineering experiences are available for reference in the design and application of shunt compensation devices with different structures.
