58例尿毒症性贫血患者MCV/RDW分类及红细胞直方图分析

MCV/RDW CLASSIFICATION AND THE ANALYSIS OFHRD OF 58 PATIANTS WITH UREMIC ANEMIA

探讨尿毒症性贫血患者ＭＣＶ、ＲＤＷ及红细胞直方图变化规律。方法：用Ｆ─８００血液分析仪，测定患者末稍血ＭＣＶ，ＲＤＷ及红细胞直方图，并与正常对照组比较。结果：尿毒症性贫血以正细胞均一性为主、其次为正细胞不均一性、多属传统分类中的正细胞正色素性贫血。少数病人呈小细胞和大细胞性改变。结论：用ＭＣＶ／ＲＤＷ，结合红细胞直方图分析，以区别尿毒症性贫血的类型，尤其指导治疗更有意义。

Goal : Studying the changing rules of MCV , RDW and HRD of uremic anemia. Method : Determining the patients' ending blood MCV. RDW and HRD by Sts- mex TMF - 800 ( blood analytical eqipement ) .and comparing them with the normal group Result The Homogeneity of the normal colls is the main feature of the uremia ane- mia and heterogeneity comes next Most patients belong to the anemia of normal cells and normal pigment according to the traditionalcalssification. A few patients havechanges in small cells cells and big cells. Conclusion: It is significant to classify the different types of uremia anemia , especiallyto guide the treatment by MCV/RDW and HRD.
