摘要
建立了淬火过程三维温度场的非线性瞬态数学模型,考虑了材料非线性、边界条件非线性以及相变潜热等多种因素的影响,并用C++语言编写了相应的有限元模拟软件。选择了一个有解析解的算例,用其结果以及ANSYS模拟结果与本文中有限元模拟程序求得的结果进行了比较,发现三者计算结果吻合较好,从而验证了本文所开发的温度场有限元模拟程序的可行性。
A mathematical model was developed to simulate the three dimensional nonlinear transient temperature field of quenching process. The model takes into account the nonlinear problem of physical property coefficients, the surface convective heat transfer coefficient and the latent heat of phase transformation. The corresponding FEM simulation software was developed in C + + language. An example with analytical solution was selected, and the result acquired by the FEM simulation software was compared with the ANSYS result and the analytical result. It is indicated by the comparison that the mathematical model and the simulation software developed in this paper are feasible.
