摘要
从曲轴结构、化学成分和显微组织入手对35CrMoA钢曲轴的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,曲轴过渡圆角值偏小和钢中网状铁素体组织缺陷是曲轴断裂的主要原因,并提出了改进措施,收到了良好效果。
Fracture cause of the industry pump crankshaft made of 35CrMoA steel was analyzed from crankshaft structure, chemical composition and mierostrueture. The results show that too small value of the transition fillet radius of the crankshaft and mierostrueture defect of network ferrite in the steel are main reasons for the fracture crankshaft. The improvement measures were put forward, and received good results.
