帘线缠绕增强肘形橡胶软管耐压强度计算 被引量:6

摘要 在肘形橡胶软管内压作用下的应力分析的基础上,根据其几何结构,推导出帘线缠绕增强肘形橡胶软管耐压强度计算公式,分析结果表明:帘线缠绕增强肘形橡胶软管弯管段爆破压力低于直管段爆破压力,因此其耐压强度只需根据弯管段爆破压力进行评估。它与帘线强度、层数、缠绕密度、缠绕角度有关,而且还与其几何结构有关,在弯管段最外侧最薄弱。试验结果表明:肘形橡胶软管耐压强度理论计算值与试验值很接近,理论推算爆破位置与试验结果相符,这说明肘形橡胶软管耐压强度理论计算公式的正确性。 According to the geometrical structure of the elbow-rubber hose reinforced by spiraled cords threads, its calculation formulation of compression strength is derived on the base of the stress analysis with the inner-pressure. The analytical results indicate that the bursting pressure of the curved part of the elbow-rubber hose is lower than that of its straight part. Therefore, the compression strength of the elbow-rubber hose is determined by the bursting pressure of its curved part, which is not only dependent on the strength, layers, spiraled density and winding angle of cords threads, but also on its geometrical structure. The camber outside of the curved part is the weakest and breaks off at first as the inner pressure increases. The experimental results indicate that the calculated compression strength is close to experimental value, and the breakage place is consistent with its experimental results, which proves the theoretical formulation of its compression strength valid.
