摘要 采用控制参数固定不变的传统PID控制方法,很难保证刻绘机在刻绘材质、刀具压力等外界因素的变化的情况下保持伺服电机的稳定性。通过对刻绘机伺服系统的控制方法、特点的研究,提出参数自适应PID控制方法。该方法能根据伺服电机所受阻力不同自动改变PID控制参数,从而保持电机的运转稳定。根据刻绘机伺服电机的运动特点,建立参数自适应PID运动控制器数学模型,并在matlab平台上进行了仿真,结果证明,采用参数自适应PID控制方法比传统的参数固定不变的PID控制方法具有更好的控制效果。 In case of using traditional PID control method with fixed control parameters, it is very difficult to make carving machine maintain the stability of servo motor when the external factors such as the carving material,cuter pressure vary. By studying the control method and control feature of carving machine, a parameter self - adjusting control method is presented. The method changes the PID control parameters automatically by the different resistance of the servo motor,and then maintains stable operation of the servo motor. Based on the feature of carving machine servo motor, a mathematical model of the parameter adaptive control system is established and simulated on MATLAB. The results show that the parameter self- adjusting PID control method is better than the traditional PID control in the control effect.
