喜树内生真菌的分离及其代谢产物的初步研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用组织块法对喜树(Camptotheca acuminata Decne)不同组织内生菌进行了分离,共纯化得到55株内生真菌。初步分类鉴定、拮抗性的测定和部分菌株发酵液中代谢产物的研究结果表明:①供试菌可归为5个属和1个无孢类群。其中无孢类群数量较多,为26株,占47.3%。5个属依次为根串珠霉属、小卵孢属、梨孢属、匙孢霉属和盘长孢属。②喜树内生真菌代谢产物的种类比较多,尤其是生物碱类、黄酮及其苷类、酚类和萜类物质的产生比较普遍。有6株菌可能产生喜树碱(Camptothecin,CPT)的类似物。③内生真菌普遍对棉花立枯病菌有较强的拮抗性,46.81%的菌株拮抗圈直径大于1.5 cm,59.57%的菌株有抗性;对假丝酵母的拮抗性最弱,仅有17.02%的菌株存在弱抗性。 The endophytes were isolated from different tissues of Camptotheca acuminata Decne,altogether 55 strains were obtained.To them,prilimary classification,antigonism and metabolites were studied.The results showed: ①According to cultural characteristics and morphological characteristics,these strains can be classified into 5 genus and 1 Mycelia sterilia.Among them,Mycelia sterilia is predominant,its number is 26,equivalent to 47.3%.The 5 genus are Thielaviopsis,Ovularia,Pyricularia,Mystrosporium Cda.and Gloeosporium sp.②The result of TCL and prliminary test indicated the endophytes can produce multi-kinds of metabolites,including phenols,terpene,flavone and glycoside.6 strains maybe generate Camptothecin.③Some endophytes have certain fastness to pathogens,especially to Rhizoctoniz solani kuhn,46.81% of them have antagonism diameters of over 1.5 cm,But to Candida,the antagonism is weak,only 17.02% have a little fastness.
