摘要
本文在简介视频检索技术概念、关键技术和基于内容的图像检索常用算法的基础上,介绍视频检索技术在有线电视监测系统中的应用,包括系统功能、工作原理和图像比对原理等,以及在视频检索系统实施应该注意的问题。
Building intelligent video search methods and quickly processing mechanism of video monitoring data can provide an important emergency monitoring measure for safety broadcasting and industry management. The application of video search technology in cable TV monitoring system is introduced in this article. And this project wins the first SARFT Scientific and Technological Innovation Award for 2007.
