摘要
针对中国各高校教学督导制度多样性,特色学校的发展情况、历史背景等原因往往存在较大的差异,给教学管理带来不便,采用对俄罗斯与美国教学督导制度的机构、职能、特点相互比较分析的方法,得出各自教学督导制度特征,从而引发对中国教学督导制度的思考,为中国教学督导制度提供有益的启示。
In view of the inconvenience brought to the teaching management by the variety of instructional supervision systems of colleges and universities in our country,which have special characteristics but have greater differences due to their development status and historical background,the article analyzes and summarizes their respective features from the aspects of organs,functions and characteristics of the instructional supervision systems of U.S.A and Russian Federation,thus inducing some reflections on the instructional supervision system of our country and providing some beneficial enlightment for the instructional supervision system of our country.
