摘要
采用H2O2-V2O5催化氧化法再生吸附了活性深蓝K-R的D301树脂,考察了各种因素对再生效率的影响。结果表明,随着再生液pH值和反应温度的升高,树脂的再生率是先增后降;而随着氧化时间、H2O2浓度和V2O5浓度的增大,再生率是先增大较快,而后增加缓慢。适宜的催化氧化再生工艺条件是:pH值为3~4,H2O2的浓度为0.4mL/mL,V2O5的浓度为1.6mμ/mL,室温下再生20min,相应的再生效率可稳定在80%以上。
D301 resin adsorbed with active deep blue K - R was regenerated by H2O2-V2O5 catalytic oxidation, and effect on regeneration efficiency were studied, Result indicated that regeneration efficiency of resin was increased first and then decreased with the increase of pH value and reaction temperature, and the regeneration efficiency was increased first and then became slow with the increase of oxidation time and concentration of H2O2 and V2O5, The optimum regeneration was as follows: pH 3 -4, concentration of H2O2 0.4 mL/mL, concentration of V2O5 concentration 1.6 mg/mL, and regenelation for 20 min utes under normal atmospheric temperature, with the regeneration efficiency more than 80%.
