摘要
目的：研究腹腔痛觉的中枢传导路。方法：将１％的乙酸注入大鼠腹膜腔造成腹痛模型，用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法检查了脑干内ＦＯＳ阳性神经元的分布。结果：ＦＯＳ阳性神经元呈双侧分布，主要分布于延髓的孤束核、腹外侧网状核；脑桥的臂旁核、蓝斑核；中脑的导水管周围灰质和中缝背核。结论：孤束核、延髓腹外侧网状核、臂旁核、蓝斑核、中脑导水管周围灰质和中逢背核均参与腹腔痛觉信息的传递和调控。
objective:to study the central conduction pathway of abadomino-pain.Method:1% acetic acid was injected into rat peritonaeum cavity and making the abdomino-pain model. The localization of FOS positive neurons in brain stem was detected by means of immunohisto-Chemistry(ABC method).Result:the FOS positive neurons are distuibuted in both sides of brain stem,mainly located within nucleus tractus solitarii,ventrolateral reticular nucleus;parabrachial nucleus,locus ceruleus nucleus;periaqueductal gray and dorsal nucleus of midraphe.Conclusion:above mentioned nucleuses might involve in the transmitting,regulation and controlliong of the abdomino-pain information.
