排除牛结核变态反应中禽结核干扰的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以牛型结核菌素和禽型结核菌素对黑龙江省部分地区300头牛进行牛结核病检测,按OIE、中国和欧共体对皮内变态反应判定标准进行结果判定,同时以ELISA方法对牛血清进行检测。不同方法不同标准检测结果的比较分析结果表明:在牛结核的检疫中存在禽结核的干扰,采用牛型结核菌素和禽型结核菌素皮内变态反应结合ELISA方法进行检疫可排除禽结核的干扰。 The experiment was intended to confirm interference of avian tuberculosis in cattle tuberculosis quarantine and to eliminate the interference. 300 cattle from some areas of Heilongjiang province were detected with tuberculin of Mycobacterium bovine and avian,and judged according to different standards for cattle tuberculosis allergy of OIE,China and Europe Union.Then they were detected with ELISA and comparison was made at the same time.It showed that interference of avian tuberculosis really exists in cattle tuberculosis through comparison and analysis of different methods and standards.Interference of avian tuberculosis can be eliminated through quarantine assessed by combining allergy and ELISA.
