摘要 根据减压阀测试系统对大量数据进行实时采集、保存和后期处理的需求,以LabVIEW8.2为软件平台,结合ACCESS数据库技术,开发了一套减压阀测试系统,并介绍了其软硬件设计。该系统可对环境温湿度、压力、流量等传感器信号进行实时采集、显示和数据存储,同时其良好的人机交互界面可实现对历史数据的查询、曲线生成和报表处理等功能。 The decompression valve test system requires real-time collection, preservation and post-processing for large amounts of data, for which a decompression valve test system based on LabVIEW 8. 2 software platform and ACCESS database technology is developed and its hardware and software design is introduced. This system can real-time collect, display and save the data which come from environmental temperature and humidity sensor, pressure sensor, flow sensor and so on. At the same time, its good man-machine interface can realize the functions of historical data query, curve generation, report processing and so on.
