摘要
本文中报告了肺结核化疗初期出现类赫氏反应（Ｈｅｒｘｈｅｉｍｅｒ反应）６例，并对此反应的发生机制、好发因素、病理和临床表现、Ｘ线特点、诊断及治疗作了文献复习。
Six patients with similar Herxheimers reaction during initial chemotherapy for pulmonary tuberculosis are presented.The literature on pathogenesis,predisposing factors,pathological changes,clinical menifestation, diagnosis and management of Herxheimers reaction are reviewed.
