论述高校图书馆建立网络教育平台的意义，指出高校图书馆网络教育平台应建立在数字技术、网络通信技术、多媒体技术和计算机等现代信息技术平台之上，实现教学与时空分离的一种远程教学形式。网络化中的作用发展水平；以及当前功能上的缺失和解决方法。网络教育平台应具有传播知识、普及信息教育和深化信息能力教育等作用。

This paper will discuss the meaning of college library built on the internet educational platform. It points out that such platform should be established in the digital technology ; network communication technology, multimedia technology, computer and other modem information technology platform to achieve a kind of teaching form which carried on seperating the teaching with the time space. The role of network development level is as well as the current function of the loss and solution. Network education platform should be disseminated of knowledge, information education and deepen universal information capacity and education role.
