维生素C和E对实验性铅中毒大鼠血Pb、δ-ALAD、Hb、Fe、Zn、Ca的影响 被引量:2

Effect of vitamin C,vitamin E on blood Pb,δ-ALAD,Hb,Fe,Zn and Ca in lead poisoning rats

摘要 【目的】观察维生素C和E对实验性铅中毒大鼠血铅,-δALAD,Hb,Fe,Zn,Ca的影响。【方法】大鼠自由饮用0.615mmol/L的醋酸铅四周造成铅中毒模型.造铅模型的同时给予维生素C和E,或造模后给予维生素C和E。用原子吸收法及酶法测大鼠尾部血铅,-δALAD,Hb,Fe,Zn,Ca含量。【结果】给予维生素C和E后,大鼠血铅水平明显下降,-δALAD,Hb,Fe活性升高,Zn,Ca水平差异无显著性。【结论】铅中毒大鼠补充维生素C,维生素E能降低血铅水平,提高-δALAD,Hb,Fe活性,改善Zn,Ca水平。 [Objective] To observe the effect of vitamin C,vitamin E on blood Pb、δ-ALAD、Hb、Fe、Zn and Ca in lead poisoning rats. [Method] Pb poisoning rat model was made by 0.615 mmol/L lead acetate for four weeks,then fed by vitamin C and vitamin E respectively,blood Pb,δ-ALAD,Hb,Fe,Zn and Ca in lead poisoning rats were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and enzymology. [Results] Blood pb concentration was reduced and δ-ALAD、Hb and Fe level raised significantly(P〈0.05),but blood Zn and Ca level were not change significantly(P〈0.05) after given vitamin C、vitamin E or combination of vitamin C and vitamin E. [Conclusion] Vitamin C and vitamin E can decrease blood lead level,increase δ-ALAD,Hb,Fe activity and can improve Zn,Ca level in lead poising rats.
