摘要
领导方式的选择是信息项目团队建设的关键问题,选择恰当的领导方式将会提高信息项目团队的绩效。本文对影响信息项目团队领导方式的三个主要因素——项目生命周期、专业经验水平和任务不确定性进行了认真地分析,并且在此研究基础上,运用层次分析法构建了选择信息项目团队领导方式的模型,以便企业在组建信息项目团队时,能够快速准确的选择团队的领导方式。
The choise of the leadership of information project team is the key issue of the team-building. Selecting the appropriate style of leadership will be greatly enhanced the performance of the information project team. The article analyzes the three main factors impacting the chosen of the information project team leadership which are the Project life cycle, the level of professional experience and the task uncertainty. Then, the article suggests the approach to select the leadership of information project team on the basis of this study.
