摘要
档案信息化过程中失败与不成功的案例,究其原因十之七八是没有实施项目管理。本文参考水利工程项目管理的经验,提出了档案信息化应实行项目化管理的设想,并就如何在档案信息化工作中实施项目化管理进行了论述。
