摘要
肝脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(liver fatty acid binding protein,L-FABP)基因定位于人类2号染色体短臂(2p11)上,主要表达于哺乳动物肝脏细胞,其功能是调节脂肪酸的吸收及细胞内的转运。近来研究表明L-FABP的功能状态与脂肪性肝病、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗等脂质代谢异常的疾病的发生发展关系密切。
Liver fatty acid binding protein(L-FABP) gene was identified in the short arm of human chromosome 2 (2p11 ). It is mainly expressed in mammalian liver cells, and its function is to regulate fatty acid uptake and intracellular transport. L-FABP is closely associated with the development of fatty liver disease , obesity and insulin resistance.
