摘要 环氧合酶-2(COX-2)是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的关键限速酶。近年来大量研究表明,COX-2的高表达在胃癌肿瘤细胞进展中发挥着重要作用,其选择性抑制剂能够降低胃癌的发生率。 Cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） is the key enzyme regulating prostaglandins. Overexpression of COX-2 plays an important role in the progress of gastric carcinogenesis and COX-2 selective inhibitors can decrease the incidence of gastric carcinoma based on recent studies.
