幽门螺杆菌根除失败原因及防治对策探讨

近年来,随着根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗的普遍开展,Hp根除治疗方案失败率逐渐上升,究其原因可能与根除方案的药物组成、治疗疗程与药物剂量欠合理、出现抗生素耐药以及Hp菌株本身特性、患者自身因素等有关,防治对策包括严格掌握Hp根除的指征、规范化治疗、根据患者具体情况使用补救方案,并应开发新的治疗方法如光动力学治疗、Hp治疗性疫苗等。

The failure rate of Hp eradication is increasing after the prevalence treatment of Hp infection. There are some causes of this failure, such as： the unreasonable components, dosage and duration of therapy plan, the antimicrobial resistance and biological character of Hp, the character of the patients. The emphasis of prevention programs of anti Hp therapy existed in controlling indication, making standardized and individually treatment, and some new measures, such as： photodynamic therapy, therapeutic vaccine against Hp.
