摘要
针对飞机上发电机控制器的重要性,设计一种同时具备三相独立可调和三相共同调节功能的飞机发电机控制器检测用智能型信号源;设计过程中,使用了智能功率模块和双单片机控制策略来提高系统的可靠性;为了便于和后续研制的检测设备主体相互连接,使用计算机替代传统控制电路中的模拟器件,实现真正意义上的数字化控制;给出了详细的设计过程,此外还给出了主程序流程图和中断服务流程图;实践表明,利用该方案设计信号源是切实可行的。
In view of the importance of Airplane Generator Control Unit, this article designs a intelligent signal source with three phase adjusting independently and adjusting together for Airplane Generator Control Unit. During the design, intelligent power module and the strategy of double singlechips are adopted to improve reliability. In order to connect to the detect equipment which will be researehed next, using computer instead of analog device in the tradition control circuit. Digital control comes true. Detailed design and circuit schematic drawing are given out in this article. Furthermore, program flow chart of the main program and interrupt service routine are also given out. It can be concluded that designing signal source by means of this scheme is a practical method.
