摘要
设计了一种可用于T-DMB射频接收机的快速调谐RC有源低通滤波器,采用级联方法实现,并使用数字逻辑控制的电容阵列补偿了因工艺及工作条件变化而变化的元器件参数。基于SMIC 0.18μm、1.8 V CMOS混合信号工艺,实现了七阶切比雪夫RC有源低通滤波器的设计,且其在RC时间常数±30%的变化情况下获得极小的截止频率(800 kHz)误差,并获得较快的调谐时间和高线性。调谐时间取决于数字逻辑控制的位数和比对时钟周期。
A fast tuning RC (resistor-capacitor) active low pass filter suitable for T-DMB RF receiver was designed and realized by cascading method. Embedded capacitor array programming method was used for the compensation of passive element parameters variations caused by manufacture and changing work condition. The 7th-order Chebyshev RC active low pass filter was implemented in SMIC 0.18 μm, 1.8 V CMOS mixsignal process, achieving very small cutoff frequency (800 kHz) error, fast tuning and high linearity. The tuning time depends on the number of bits in digital controlling logic and reference clock period
