A、C型子宫内膜种植窗期胞饮突的形态学观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜容受性的影响因素。方法选择自然月经周期尿促黄体生成素(LH)峰日(晚卵泡期)A、C型子宫内膜各10份,利用扫描电镜观察二者种植窗期胞饮突的形态特征。结果在120倍电子显微镜下观察,C型子宫内膜表面皱缩,较A型子宫内膜发育差;在2500倍镜下时,C型子宫内膜胞饮突发育滞后于A型子宫内膜。结论C型子宫内膜在种植窗期存在胞饮突发育滞后;此为子宫内膜容受性差的形态学基础。 Objective To explore the affected factors of endometrial receptivity. Methods 10 samples of Pattern C and Pattern A endometriums in natural cycle LH( + + ) days were selected,the pinopedes'morphological character of two endometriums during the window of the implantation were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results Under SEM by 120 times observation, the facial development of pattern C endometrium was frown and the development of it was weaker than that of pattern A endometrium; Under 2 500 times, the development of the pattern C endometrium; pinopodes was later than that of pattern A. Conclusions Pinopode of pattern C endometrium exists developmental disturbance during window of the implantation at follicular phase ,which may be the morphological basis of the endometrium's weak character.
