摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测COX-2和MMP-2在66份NSCLC及12份正常肺组织标本中的表达水平。结果NSCLC组织中COX-2、MMP-2阳性表达率分别为51.5%、42.4%,而正常肺组织中无表达;COX-2、MMP-2与NSCLC的TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤体积、组织类型及分化程度无关;两者明显相关(χ2=8.262,P<0.05)。结论COX-2、MMP-2在NSCLC组织中均呈高表达;其在肺癌侵袭、转移中起重要作用。 Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of cyelooxygenase-2 ( COX-2 ) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 were examined by immunohistochemical method in 66 cases of NSCLC and 12 cases of normal lung. Results The positive rates of COX-2 and MMP-2 in NSCLC were 51.5% and 42.4% respectively,and no expressions in normal lung. The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 were significantly associated with the stage of TNM and lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0.05 ), but not with the patient age, tumor size, histological type and differentiation. The expression of COX-2 was closely correlated with that of MMP-2 ( X2 = 8. 262,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Over-expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
