CD_(105)在肺癌组织中的表达及其与预后的关系

摘要 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测CD105在70份肺癌癌组织及40份癌旁组织标本中的表达,结果CD105在癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,其表达与肺癌临床分期有关;CD105不同表达的化疗患者中位生存时间明显长于非化疗者,以化疗CD105阴性者最长;COX回归分析显示,CD105与肺癌患者的预后有关。认为CD105与肺癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为评价肺癌预后的指标。
