摘要
为了观察重组猪α干扰素对高致病性猪蓝耳病临床治疗效果,采用毕赤酵母表达系统高效表达的重组猪α干扰素制剂,按照农业部颁布的《高致病性猪蓝耳病防治技术规范》进行高致病性猪蓝耳病小量临床试验。结果表明,该制剂对高致病性猪蓝耳病的治愈率超过81%。
To investigate the clinical veterinary effect of porcine recombinant interferon (IFN)-α against highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, this study focused on the farm trial of the porcine IFN-α made from the secretive expression of Pichia pastoris , and was conducted in technical target of 《 The technical specification for the treatment and prevention of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome》issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. The trial showed over 81 % curing rate to highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.
