摘要
论述了瓦楞辊在成型瓦楞纸板过程中,由于瓦楞辊的齿形是非共轭齿廓,中心距是变动的。这种位移是变加速度运动,将产生冲击力,引起振动噪声;同时也对纸板成型质量产生皱褶,楞高不一致,甚至产生裂纹。为此导出了瓦楞机工作过程中各辊间中心距位移、速度及加速度的方程,对于进一步分析瓦楞辊的啮合运动学及其动力学奠定了理论基础。
The change of center distance due to non-conjugate of corrugating roller in molding corrugated board process was discussed. The displacement is variable acceleration motion, which generates pounding force and arouses noise, and which produces the high inconformity of corrugation, folds, and even a crack. The equation of the contre distance change when the corrugating machine moves accurately was deducted, which describes the displacement, speed, and acceleration. The article also has established a rationale kinematics and dynamics in analyzing the corrugated roller further.
