摘要
液压打包机油缸的低速爬行现象严重影响液压控制系统的工作质量。首先指出液压打包机油缸的低速爬行原因分固有原因和运行原因;分析了摩擦力在低速运动中的变化,指出摩擦力自激振动引起爬行的机理,建立了动力学模型,通过求解微分方程提出了产生爬行现象的临界条件;最后提出了抑制爬行的措施。
The creep phenomenon of slow moving oil cylinder of hydraulic packer badly influences the work quality of the hydraulic control system. The inherent and operational reasons of the creep phenomenon were put forward. The change of frictional force at low speed moving was analyzed, The mechanism of self- excited vibration of frictional force causing the creep phenomenon was put forward, A dynamic model and mathematic expressions were established and the differential equations were solved. The critical condition of the creep phenomenon and measures to control creep were put forward.
