Measure and Analysis on the Water Sample of Lithography Printing

对印刷机台的水质、润湿液进行了取样测试,测试了硬度、酸碱值、电导率等重要指标,对测试结果作了评价并提出了合理的建议。同时对润湿液酸碱值、电导率、硬度、酒精添加量、水温、环境温湿度对印刷过程及印品质量产生的影响作了分析,对PH值、电导率的测试方法作了简单介绍并说明了测试注意事项,供印刷企业参考使用。

Some important parameters （ e. g. hardness, pH, and conductance ） of water and dampening liquid from offset presses were measured. The results were evaluated and suggestions were put forward. The influence of pH, conductance, hardness, alcohol, water temperature, and humidity on printing process and print quality was analyzed. The measurement methods of pH and conductance were introduced and relevant precautions were put forward. The purpose was to provide reference for printing corporations.
