升降桂苓汤治疗糖尿病肾病42例疗效观察

Observation of the clinical effect of Shengjiang Guiling decoction on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的观察自拟升降桂苓汤治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将76例DN患者随机分为2组。对照组34例采用常规控制饮食、运动疗法,控制血糖、血压、血脂等西医常规治疗;治疗组42例在对照组治疗基础上加自拟升降桂苓汤治疗。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、肾功能、血脂及24 h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果治疗组总有效率88.64%,对照组总有效率73.53%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组FPG、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)及24h尿蛋白定量治疗前后比较以及2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟升降桂苓汤治疗DN有较好的临床疗效,且能明显降低患者FPG、TC、TG、BUN、Cr及24h尿蛋白定量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengjiang Gulling decoction on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into 2 groups. 34 cases in the control group were treated by routine therapy including the conventional control diet, exercise, control blood pressure and blood fats and so on, 42 eases in the treatment group were treated by Shengjiang Guiling decoction on the foundation of the treatment of the control group. The changes of levels for fasting plasma glucose, kidney function, blood fats and 24 h urine protein before and after the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate were 88.64 % in the treatment group and 73.53 % in the control group. There was significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences on fasting blood sugars, serum total cholesterol, glycerin, the urea nitrogen, creatinine and around 24 h protein quota before and after the treatment of two groups, and between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shengjiang Guiling decoction can effectively treat diabetic nephropathy. It can decrease fasting blood sugars, serum total cholesterol, glycerin, the urea nitrogen, creatinine and arotmd 24 h protein quota.
